Joel J. has extensive experience in project management and technology infrastructure, currently serving as Lead Project Manager at ABA since December 2019 and as Project Delivery Manager at TI Americas since 2018, overseeing the management of virtual processing cabinets. Previously, Joel held the position of Director del Centro de control, Comando, Comunicaci贸n y C贸mputo at C4 TLAXCALA from January 2016 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing technological infrastructure for security collaboration. For over 16 years, Joel contributed to the H. Chamber of Senators in Mexico as Subdirector de Redes y TI, and also worked as a TI Advisor at SRC in 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Instituto Tecnol贸gico Aut贸nomo de M茅xico and an engineering degree in systems from Universidad Tecnol贸gica de M茅xico. Additionally, ongoing studies at Universidad Tecnologica de Nezahualcoyotl focus on information technology.
