John Ntekim has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Beyond Credit Limited since June 2024, John previously held the position of Senior Loan Officer at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited from November 2016. Earlier in their career, John worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Sweet Sensation from January 2009 to January 2010, where responsibilities included providing quality service and managing payments. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance from the University of Uyo, earned between 2010 and 2014.
