Lorenzo Tamburello is a Production Front Line Manager at AB InBev since August 2021, leading a multiskilled team with responsibilities across brewing, packaging, logistics, and quality control, while implementing continuous improvement strategies. Previously, Lorenzo held various roles at AB InBev, including Multi Skilled Operator and Shift Brewer, where skills in team leadership and quality assurance were developed. Prior experience includes serving as a Front of House Member at Greene King and as a Student Brand Ambassador for Sipsmith, where engagement with customers and brand promotion were key activities. Lorenzo holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2021.
