André Lázaro is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience across various roles in design, project management, and operations. Currently serving as a Service Designer at Zé Delivery since November 2021, André previously held the position of Lead Experience Designer at Brivia and contributed significantly to A2C as both Service Designer and Operations Coordinator. André also managed strategic client relationships as a Project Manager, focusing on the client Bunge, and played a key role in establishing a Quality Assurance team. Early career accomplishments include business analysis and web development at Atrative Soluções Digitais and as a freelancer. André holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and a Technical Diploma in Internet Computing from SENAI/SC.
