Jean de Dieu RURANGIRA is a Compliance Officer at AB Bank Rwanda since November 2017, responsible for maintaining the Compliance Program's policies and procedures. Previously, RURANGIRA served as a Recovery Officer, focusing on managing collections from non-performing loans and establishing payment plans for customers. Early career experience includes working as a call center agent, providing valuable skills in market research, business environment scanning, and sales promotion, along with a brief voluntary role as a translator at MindLeaps. RURANGIRA also completed an accounting internship at RADIANT INSURANCE SERVICES COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED. Academically, RURANGIRA holds a Master's degree in Science of Project Management from the University of Kigali and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali.
