Prior to that, they held positions as Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Bowles Fluidics Corp and Chief Financial Officer at Steuart Development Co.
Charles's extensive experience also includes a tenure at US Office Products, where they started as the Vice President of Internal Audit and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. During their time there, the company went public and experienced substantial growth, reaching over $2 billion in sales revenue.

Charles Knapp completed their MBA in General Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended St. John's Central High School, where they pursued a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Charles went on to graduate from The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Business/Accounting.
