Nancy Lan

Senior Vice President, Marketing at Aavrani

Nancy Lan has worked in the marketing and business development industries for over 18 years. Nancy began their career in 2003 as a Buyer for PC Club, where they managed buying and planning for 5 major product categories and had P&L responsibility for monitors, cases, software, networking, and accessories. In 2005, they joined ClubIT.com as a Marketing Manager, one of the first five employees to launch the online computer parts business. During this time, they led the conception and execution of all marketing activities which grew sales to $10M in two years.

From 2008 to 2016, Nancy worked at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics: MAKE UP FOR EVER in various roles in Brand Marketing & Pro Business Development. Nancy was promoted four times during their 8-year tenure and conceptualized and executed one of the most successful campaigns in the brand’s history in partnership with 30 renowned makeup artists.

In 2016, Nancy joined SpaceNK as the Director of Marketing & Communications, North America. Most recently, they are the Senior Vice President of Marketing at AAVRANI, the holistic beauty brand inspired by Indian skincare rituals using natural ingredients with modern formulations for clinically proven results. Nancy is responsible for building and amplifying AAVRANI’s brand equity with a customer-centric approach across all customer touchpoints, as well as leading business acceleration through strategy and digital transformation.

Nancy Lan attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Her field of study was Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
