Dale Jensen has had a long and successful career in software engineering. Dale began their career in 1985 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Dakota. In 1987, they co-founded Aatrix Software, Inc. and served as the company's CTO, managing development, writing code, and participating on the Management Council and Board of Directors. During their time at Aatrix, they designed and wrote payroll, accounting and tax form filing and management software and was awarded a US Patent. In 2000, they became the CTO of Foresight Solutions. In 2006, they took on the role of CEO at Ntractive, LLC. Most recently, they returned to Aatrix Software, Inc. in 2010 as a Cofounder and Software Engineer.

Dale Jensen attended the University of North Dakota from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography. Dale then returned to the University of North Dakota from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Master of Arts in Geography. Dale also attended Thomas Jefferson Senior High School.
