Sophie Suvanto has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Research Associate for BrandBastion, a company offering automated global real-time support on social media 24/7. In 2016, they worked as a Smooth Operator for Minjon Oy, a recruiting company focusing on assistant-, junior- and entry-level positions. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Executive Assistant for Freska, where they managed various projects including employee relocations and worked on the company's first international expansion. In 2018, they were a Team Member for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, which fine-tuned their research skills and abilities to write and verbally make concise and compelling arguments. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Lecturer for Västra Nylands Folkhögskola and as a Head of Expansion and Nordic Lead for Aatos, where they developed expansion processes, carried out tasks related to expansions and managed the markets.

Sophie Suvanto received their Master of Laws - LLM from the University of Helsinki, Faculty of Law in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Wyke sixth form college from 2011 to 2012.
