Saikat Dey is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the technology and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the CEO, Founder, and Chairman of Aatmunn since October 2014, Dey has transformed a tech startup focused on enhancing safety and productivity for industrial workforces into a leading brand in Industry 4. Previously, as CEO of Severstal North America from June 2011 to September 2014, Dey successfully turned around the company, significantly improving financial metrics and implementing a Continuous Improvement System. Dey's earlier experience includes a role as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where strategic initiatives led to substantial value creation across various commodities businesses. Dey also has a background in sales and marketing with startups and as an Advisory Sales Specialist at IBM. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
