Jody Grossfeldt is a seasoned professional in the tourism sector, currently serving as General Manager of Operations & Experiences at AAT Kings since February 2023. With a robust background at AAT Kings, which includes roles such as General Manager of Guided Holidays and Inspiring Journeys, Head of Guest Experiences, and Day Tours Manager, Jody has cultivated extensive expertise in customer experience and operations. Prior to this, a tenure as Director of Customer Strategy & Value Creation at Transport for NSW was held from August 2021 to February 2023. Jody's career commenced at Wonderland Sydney as Business Development Manager, followed by the role of Regional Touring Manager at APT Travel Group. Educational credentials include a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing & Tourism from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Leisure Studies from UNSW.
