Cesar Mendez is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in property management and program operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Programs & Operations for OATS at AARP in Miami, FL, Cesar's previous experience includes managing a substantial portfolio of commercial properties at Seagis Property Group, overseeing a multifamily community with affordable housing requirements at Trinity Property Consultants, and handling leasing and marketing for both operating and new development properties at CA Ventures. Additionally, in earlier roles at Campus Living Villages, Cesar held the position of Director of Marketing and Sales. A graduate of Florida State University, Cesar earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology.
