David Manalan has extensive experience in the field of quality management and consulting, serving as the AARP Tax-Aide Volunteer-District Coordinator since 2005 while also being a principal consultant at INQC Consulting since 1991. Manalan has held several key roles within the ASQ Medical Device Division, including newsletter editor, programs chair, and chair of the Awards-Grants-Scholarships committee, with significant contributions over 26 years. Past leadership includes serving as BOSCON Chair for the ASQ Boston Section and as a board member for MassExcellence. Manalan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
