Trice Stevenson-Wright has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to total rewards and talent development. Currently, Trice is serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and Talent Development at The Aaron's Company, Inc. Prior to this role, Trice was the Vice President of Total Rewards at Xplor from 2022 to 2023. Before that, Trice worked as the Director of Global Rewards at Finastra from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for spearheading the global reward strategy across multiple business sectors.

Earlier in their career, Trice served as a Total Rewards Partner at Accenture from 2017 to 2019, where they successfully implemented Workday and enhanced compensation processes. Trice also holds experience as a Lead Analyst - Compensation at GE Corporate from 2013 to 2017, where they led various reward activities and earned recognition for their high-level performance.

Trice's earlier roles include serving as an Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards at SunTrust Bank from 2007 to 2013 and as a Project Specialist at LaSalle Bank from 2005 to 2007. Throughout their career, Trice has demonstrated expertise in total rewards strategy, executive reward packages, compensation processes, employee engagement, and compliance with regulations such as FLSA guidelines.

Trice Stevenson-Wright attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Business Management. They have also obtained a certification in Executive Education from Harvard Business School in June 2023.
