Adam Paradise is an experienced technology manager with a career spanning over two decades. Adam currently serves as the Manager of Field Technology and The Tech Command Center at The Aaron's Company, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a team of Infrastructure/Field Analysts, overseeing POS hardware lifecycle, optimizing vendor relationships, and enhancing support for over 1,300 field locations. Previously, Adam held positions as an Integration Engineer and Network Analyst, focusing on emerging technologies and IT infrastructure services. Early career experiences include roles as an Information Officer for the East Chicago Police Department, managing digital evidence and support systems, and as a Project Manager at Trinal, Inc., overseeing construction projects. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology Supervison from Purdue University Calumet.
