Liam Van der Meer currently serves as the Head of Information Systems at AARNet, having progressed through several roles including Manager of Operations, Product Support Manager, Service Desk Manager, and System Administrator since August 2017. Prior to this, Liam held the position of Head of Information Technology at Ladbrokes Australia for a brief period in early 2017. Liam’s experience also includes serving as Cloud Operations Manager and Solutions Consultant at Itoc Australia in 2016, and a series of roles at Ladbrokes Australia from December 2011 to December 2015, culminating as Infrastructure Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes IT Manager and Senior System Administrator positions at Dark Blue Sea from December 2004 to March 2011.
