Gareth D'Souza is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Lead Cyber Security Engineer at AARNet since August 2017, having also held roles as Technical Consultant for Network Security and Network Security Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Gareth was a Senior Network Security Specialist at La Trobe University from July 2012 to August 2017 and served as IT Security Administrator Network and Communications, as well as Network Administrator at The University of Western Australia from July 2006 to June 2012. Gareth D'Souza holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Technology from Edith Cowan University, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
