Dr. Irum Saba is a prominent figure in the field of Islamic finance, currently serving as the Founder of the Women Leadership Forum since May 2024. Dr. Saba holds multiple positions, including Associate Editor for the European Journal of Islamic Finance, Shariah Board Member at Salaam Takaful Limited, and Associate Professor at the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi, where Dr. Saba also serves as Program Director for the MS Islamic Banking and Finance program. Additional roles include being a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management, a Non-Executive Director at Habib Metropolitan Modaraba Management Company, and a Sub-Editor and Secretary at the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI). Dr. Saba's academic background includes a PhD in Islamic Finance from INCEIF University and several qualifications in Islamic banking and financial planning.
