Romrat Photharin has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a career spanning from 1998 to the present. Currently serving as Plant Manager at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, Romrat oversees all aspects of operations, including shipping, inventory, manufacturing, and safety. Previous roles at AAM include Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed production oversight and EHS and ISO14000 implementation. Before joining AAM, Romrat held various engineering management positions at Dana Incorporated, focusing on process engineering, maintenance, and production output maximization. Romrat earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
