Pam Franklin has over 20 years of experience in financial shared services. Pam started their career in 1999 as a Director at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they led global financial shared services. In the same year, they joined Metaldyne as a Director, where they continued to oversee financial shared services until April 2017.
Pam Franklin obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accountancy with an emphasis in Information Systems from Davenport University, during the period of 1999-2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Kentucky State University, from 1989 to 1993. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from UC Berkeley Executive Education.
