Dan Ouwenga currently serves as the Director of Product Management for ePowertrain at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, overseeing traction inverters and electric motors since December 2022. Prior to this role, Dan Ouwenga accumulated extensive experience at Eaton from June 2006 to December 2022, where roles included Senior Manager and Manager of Advanced Technology and New Customer Programs in eMobility, focusing on power electronics for electrified vehicle applications. Additional positions at Eaton included Engineering Manager for North America, Advanced Engineering Manager for Supercharger, and Lead Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Design Engineer role at FEV, Inc., and engineering positions through The Bartech Group and Eaton Corporation. Dan Ouwenga holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
