Grzegorz S. is an experienced plant manager currently employed at Aalberts surface technologies since December 2020. Prior to this role, Grzegorz served as Production and Maintenance Manager at Aalberts surface treatment from September 2016 to May 2020, and held the position of Manager of Galvanizing Plant at ZEM DC Motors from October 2008 to May 2016. Grzegorz possesses extensive expertise in managing various electroplating and surface treatment processes, including anodizing, galvanizing, and chemical treatment. Responsibilities have included comprehensive management of multiple departments, development and implementation of quality management systems, optimization of production processes, human resources management, and financial reporting. Grzegorz holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
