Pierrick Layreau is an experienced plant manager and operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Plant Manager - Assembly at Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems since October 2024, Pierrick previously held the position of Director of Operations at Electrolux Group, where responsibilities included overseeing production activities across multiple assembly lines and leading a team of operation and line managers. Pierrick's prior experience includes roles such as Industrial Launch Manager and Production Manager at Valeo, where Pierrick managed plant growth, launched new production lines, and led process improvement initiatives. Pierrick holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Manufacturing from Cranfield University and an Engineer degree in Mechanical Systems Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
