Howard Scott Ferrell is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager at Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems since June 2020, Howard oversees operations, focusing on improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory, while managing a team of seven supervisors and over 120 employees. Prior to this role, Howard held various significant positions in the United States Marine Corps from January 2010 to May 2020, including Company Commander, where responsibilities included leading a 177-person company and overseeing operations for airfield support services. Howard's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and advanced military education from Marine Corps University.
