Dan is the Ops Manager at Aloha Aina Landscaping. Prior to that, they were a Senior Planner with the US Army 130th Engineer Brigade, and before that, a Senior Human Resource Manager with the US Army. Dan is responsible for talent management of 800 to 1500 employees, and has been lauded for their ability to maintain a 95% readiness rate among their charges. Dan is a skilled communicator and motivator, with a proven track record of success in both their previous companies and their current one.
Dan received an associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Columbia Southern University. Dan then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies with a focus in administration, management, and history from Excelsior University.
