Paulo Pedro has extensive experience in customer innovation and product development within the food industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Innovation for Southeast Asia at AAK since July 2015. Prior to this role, Paulo held positions as Customer Innovation Manager at AAK and R&D Manager for Asia Pacific at Barry Callebaut Group from March 2012 to June 2015. Additionally, Paulo worked as the Manager of Product Development & Quality Assurance at Aalst Chocolate from January 2010 to February 2012. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and is a candidate for a Master's degree in R&D Management from the University of the Philippines.
