Laura Weiss, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP, currently serves as the Head of US HR Operations at AAK since August 2023. Previously, Laura operated as a Human Resources Consultant from January to August 2023 and held the position of Director of Benefits at Innophos from April 2019 to December 2021. Laura's extensive experience includes strategic management of health and welfare programs, 401(k) administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple organizations, including PVH Corp. and Innocor, Inc. Laura has demonstrated expertise in designing employee benefit programs, conducting budget analysis, and enhancing employee engagement through effective communication strategies. Laura holds a BS in Business Administration/Management from Saint Elizabeth University.
