Operating through CarolynStrauss.com since 1992, Carolyn specializes in helping organizations reinvent teams and enhance employee engagement through customized solutions and effective communication strategies. Carolyn is a certified Working Genius Facilitator, a certified virtual presenter, and a professional emcee, adept at delivering high-quality presentations in both in-person and online formats. Additionally, Carolyn co-hosts the People's Choice Nominated podcast "Another Day Above Ground," and has contributed as a featured speaker at various industry events, including the ASI Show and conferences for organizations such as Vistage International and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
