Karen Diehl is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee engagement and benefits compliance. Since June 2005, Karen has served as a Senior Employee Experience Specialist at AAA Northeast, focusing on club-wide employee engagement efforts, regional marketing, event management, and oversight of charitable employee committees and volunteer programs.
