Rustyn Hicks has a diverse background in management and operations, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AAA Party Rentals since April 2016. Prior experience includes the role of Residential Operations Manager at DH Pace from June 2011 to March 2016, where Rustyn managed employee performance, staffing, and customer experience. Additional experience includes serving as a Guest Attendant at Minute Suites, LLC, where Rustyn enhanced guest satisfaction and developed company policies, and as Unit Manager (Seasonal Internship) at AAA Party Rentals, overseeing operations and staff training.
