Jaina Patel is an experienced professional in customer transformation and digital program management, currently serving as the Customer Transformation: CX & Digital Programme Manager at A2Dominion Group since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jaina progressed through various positions at Capita Transformation from May 2011 to February 2019, culminating as a Principal Consultant, and notably managed the successful transition of the Managed Print service for the Ministry of Justice. Jaina also contributed to the Management Consultancies Association as Vice Chair of Young MCA and held consulting roles at Tribal and project management positions at BNRRN and The Young Foundation. Educational background includes a 2:1 (Hons) BA Geography from King's College London.
