Taya Chernyavskaya has a diverse work experience, beginning with freelance English/Russian translation in 2005. In 2011, they joined Ecommerce, LLC as an Assistant Technical Manager, where they managed a team of 25+ people, was responsible for direct management of assigned staff members, assisted in recruiting and hiring qualified applicants, and was responsible for the proper training and preparation of new hires. Taya also held the roles of Technical Supervisor and Advanced Technical Agent. In 2017, they joined Cyren as an Analyst Team Lead, and in 2018, they joined A2 Hosting as a Support Operations Manager.

Taya Chernyavskaya holds a Specialist degree from the Zaporožskiy National University, where they studied Pre-Vocational (English). In 2016, they completed Project Management courses at Brain Academy. Additionally, they have obtained the CERF C1 Advanced certification from the British Council in September 2020, as well as the SQL fundamentals certification from SoloLearn.
