Paulo Manrique has a long history of work experience in software engineering. Paulo began their career in 2001 as a Developer for Paul Computer Informática. In 2010, they became a Web Developer for Prefeitura de Balneario Pinhal. After that, they were a Software Engineer for 3Pixx Comunicação Integrada in 2013, Blum IT & Digital Services in 2014, and Catho in 2015. In 2018, they became a Senior Software Developer for Printi. In 2019, they were a Full Stack Engineer for BairesDev. In 2020, they have held three roles: Senior Software Developer for A2 Hosting, Technical Lead for Aspenlane, and Senior Software Engineer for DevReady.

Paulo Manrique is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2021. Paulo also holds certifications from Centro Paula Souza for Happiness (2020), Udemy for PHP OOP - Understand Object Oriented Programming in PHP (2018), Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP for Computer and Mobile Programming (2017), Silverpop, an IBM Company for Silverpop Engage Professional Certification (2015) and Silverpop Engage Fundamentals Certification (2015), and Google for Google Analytics Individual Qualification (2018).
