Mariia Stavniichuk has been working in the IT industry since 2018, when they began their role as an Advanced Support Specialist at A2 Hosting. Mariia then moved to a Support Specialist role at the same company. Prior to this, Mariia had been working as a freelance English and Russian Second Language Tutor since 2015.

Mariia Stavniichuk has a Master of Arts degree in Translator and teacher of English and Spanish languages from Classic Private University, which they obtained in 2018. Mariia also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Translator of English language from the same university, which they obtained in 2017. In addition, Mariia has obtained several certifications, including Become a Customer Service Specialist from LinkedIn in 2020, cPanel & WHM System Administrator I Certification (CWSA-1) from cPanel in 2019, cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification (CWA) from cPanel in 2018, and cPanel Professional Certification (CPP) from cPanel in 2018.
