Svetlana Pravdina is an accomplished CEO of a1qa since 2004, where leadership has been pivotal in growing the team to 1,100 skilled professionals and establishing QA Academy to enhance specialist skills and access to innovations. Prior to a1qa, Svetlana served as a Department Manager, overseeing IT activities, strategy development, resource management, and client interactions. With earlier experience as a Team Leader and Testing Engineer at Itransition and Belhard, Svetlana has a strong foundation in project coordination, test documentation, and quality assurance processes, complemented by an educational background from State University, attended from 1996 to 2001.
