Anna Shchurskaya has a diverse work experience. Anna started working as a Border guard at Minsk Border Control Detachment in August 2015 and continued in this role until August 2017. In April 2018, Anna joined a1qa as a Software QA Engineer. Anna later became a QA Lead in 2018 and is currently in this position. As a QA Lead, they are responsible for defining and adapting QA processes, creating test cases, conducting functional testing, and analyzing autotests. Anna also has experience in team management, onboarding newcomers, interviewing candidates, and presenting to an audience.

Anna Shchurskaya began their education in 2010 at Minsk State Linguistic University, where they studied Russian as a foreign language and linguistics, with a focus on teaching English and German. Anna completed their studies at the university in 2015. In 2014, Anna attended IT Academy, where they earned a recommendation letter after completing courses in business analysis within the field of information technology.

In 2018, Anna enrolled in A1QA and obtained a degree as a Junior QA Engineer, specializing in software testing. Additionally, in February 2018, they obtained a certification in Software Testing from QA Academy.
