Wuichung Lie has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Wuichung is currently employed as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at A10 Networks, Inc since March 2023. Prior to this, Lie held multiple roles at Zentry Security, including Director of Software Engineering from February 2021 to December 2022, and Principal Architect from November 2019 to February 2021.

Before joining Zentry Security, Lie worked at F5 Networks for almost 14 years. Wuichung'sroles at F5 Networks include Architect, where they were an original member of the team that developed BIG-IP APM, focusing on core dataplane for access policy enforcement and session management. Wuichung also served as a Senior Principal Software Engineer, a Principal Software Engineer, a Senior Software Engineer, and a Software Engineer III.

Lie's early work experience includes a role as an Enterprise Network Engineer at F5 Networks from June 2005 to May 2007, and a Security Engineer at International Network Security Inc. from April 2002 to May 2005.

Wuichung Lie pursued their education at The University of Tokyo, starting from 1996 to 2000. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Applied Chemistry. Wuichung Lie went on to further their education at The University of Tokyo, from 2000 to 2002, where they completed their Master of Engineering degree in Applied Chemistry.
