Jessica McNeely has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jessica started their career as a Graphic Designer at East Carolina University, where they created designs and layouts to promote school events and developed logos for various school programs. Jessica then worked at The Children's Museum and Science Center as a Museum Assistant, where they ensured exhibit maintenance, marketed Planetarium tickets, and managed cash receipts. Jessica later joined The Shoppes on Main as a Graphic Designer, where they designed social media posts and increased engagement on the company's Facebook page. Jessica also worked at A1 Consulting Group, Inc. as an Administrator, where they answered calls, responded to emails, greeted visitors, and coordinated events. Jessica then joined Sertoma Art Center as a Recreational Leader, assisting with facility management and program registration. Currently, they work at A10 Networks, Inc as a Customer Care Coordinator III, where they respond to customer support requests, escalates inquiries to engineers, updates account records, and investigates cases.
Jessica McNeely obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in a transfer program from Nash Community College between the years 2004 and 2006. Following this, from 2006 to 2010, they attended East Carolina University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a minor in Art History. Jessica'sfield of study at East Carolina University was Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Jessica McNeely obtained a certification in Intermediate Microsoft Excel 2019 from Nash Community College in April 2023.
