Amie Spence serves as the Director of Front End Operations at A1 Garage Door Service since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amie held positions at Authority Brands as the Director of Call Center Operations from September 2018 to July 2023 and as the Senior Manager of Call Center Client Services at Clockwork Home Services from September 2009 to September 2018. Amie also worked as the Manager of Lead Development at Buildingstars from May 2007 to September 2009 and as the Inside Sales Manager at Success Group International from March 2006 to April 2007. Previously, Amie was the Production Manager/Manager of Lead Development at ABC Seamless from June 1998 to March 2006 and began a career at Heritage Marketing Group in June 1993, progressing from a telemarketing position to Team Leader before leaving in June 1998. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Franchise Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, a Certified Franchise Executive designation from the International Franchise Association, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
