Rick Clary, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at A. Stucki Company, focusing on strategic change, cultural transformation, and employee engagement within the railroad industry. Prior to this position, Rick Clary held the role of Senior HR Director for Global Operations and Supply Chain at The Lubrizol Corporation, overseeing HR functions for 55 plants and 6,500 employees worldwide. With extensive experience at Parker Hannifin from 2004 to 2022, Rick Clary progressed through various HR leadership roles, including HR Director for the Aerospace Group and Global HR Manager for Chomerics, managing teams across multiple divisions and locations. Rick Clary holds both a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Labor & Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
