Felipe Paulino currently serves as an Analista de Qualidade at A. Stucki Company, responsible for managing maintenance routines and ensuring quality control in the recovery processes of Shock and Traction Devices for mining wagons, as well as training maintenance staff and generating monthly quality and production reports. Previously, Felipe held an internship in Mechanical Engineering at Vale, where responsibilities included supporting maintenance management and participating in lean process stabilization efforts, contributing to a 12% increase in serviced wagons in 2017 and reducing maintenance cycle time by 30 minutes. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Maranhão and a postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering and Management from Universidade Candido Mendes.
