Tom Herbster has extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Operations Leader - EP / Division Manager CCNE at A. Schulman, Inc. since May 2013, and previously held the position of Division Manager - Custom Compounding NE. Prior to this role, Tom served as Vice President - Finance and Controlling at EMS-CHEMIE (North America) Inc. from October 2007 to May 2013, and was CFO at Mar-Mac Protective Apparel from January 2006 to October 2007. Tom began a career in contract operations management at DuPont from September 2002 to December 2005. Tom Herbster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University, earned between 1985 and 1988.
