Lauren Staiduhar, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation since August 2022, Lauren has previously held key HR roles at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, Froedtert Hospital, Guaranty Bank/Best Bank, and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, where positions ranged from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Business Partner and Assistant Vice President.
