Kim Bailey has a diverse work experience, starting in 1994 as an Ergonomics Engineer at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. Kim then worked as a Sr. Industrial Engineer at Robert Bosch Inc from 1998 to 2005. Since 2005, they have held various roles at A. O. Smith Corporation, including Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, Maintenance Functional Lead, Process Integration Lead, Director of Process Integration, and currently, Director of Digital Operations. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, cost reduction, and implementation of new technologies.
Kim Bailey holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which was completed in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kim has obtained various certifications in fields such as change management, coaching, and facilitation. They are a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching, and a Helix Plan Certified Facilitator from The Helix Group, Inc.
