Heather Walker has extensive experience in digital content management and education, currently serving as the Digital Content Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation since May 2009. Walker has successfully delivered high-quality training and marketing materials, advocated for team resources, and introduced project management tools during a previous role as Digital Media Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Walker collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and develop certification courses. Additionally, Walker has held various instructional positions at Austin Peay State University, focusing on photographic design, public speaking, and internet studies.
