Drew Mackie began their work experience as a Maintenance and Retail Specialist at Greenville Country Club in 2015, where they worked until 2017. In 2019, they served as a Project Engineer Intern at A M King Construction, supporting the construction team with scheduling and managing subcontractors. Drew continued their work at A M King in 2022 as a Project Engineer. Later that year, they worked as a Device Kit Packaging Associate at Nephron Pharmaceuticals.

Drew Mackie completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health & Business Administration at the University of South Carolina from 2018 to 2022.
