Sue Baalham has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 16 years. Sue currently holds the position of Senior Associate Director, HR at AM Best since March 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director, HR at AM Best from January 2019 to August 2023. Before joining AM Best, Sue served as a Senior HR Manager at the company from January 2016 to December 2018 and as an HR Manager from June 2014 to December 2015. In addition to their tenure at AM Best, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Edelman from December 2012 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, Sue held the position of HR Advisor / HR Manager at Matrix Group Limited from October 2007 to November 2012 and worked as an Office Manager & HR Support at MaxiMalls.com Limited from May 2005 to October 2007.

Sue Baalham completed a PGDip in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Psychology from the University of Surrey.
