Genevieve Glenn-Shipmon has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Genevieve worked at AM Best as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, where they led strategic initiatives and internal projects. Genevieve also managed the full cycle of the recruitment process and created talent pipelines. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant at American Standard Brands and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where they developed sourcing strategies and maintained applicant tracking systems. Genevieve also served as an HR Generalist at Brother International, handling hiring, training, and employee issues. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, providing HR guidance and training to multiple companies. Genevieve began their career as an HR Generalist at AST Capital Trust, where they managed recruitment, employee benefits, and administration.

Genevieve Glenn-Shipmon obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Denver, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Genevieve completed their studies from 2006 to 2008.
