Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Applications at AM Best since March 2019, Frank previously held multiple senior roles at S&P Global Market Intelligence from April 1995 to March 2019, including Senior Director and Vice President of Global Operations. Throughout this tenure, Frank effectively led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, manage budgets, and develop client outreach programs while directing teams and collaborating with technology groups to produce comprehensive data solutions. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
