Mitch Trubitt has gained diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mitch started their career as a Student Academic Tutor at Buffalo Grove High School in 2017 while also working as a Counselor at Makajawan Scout Reservation. In 2019, they joined McAlister's Deli as a Front of House Worker. Mitch then took on multiple roles at Illinois State University, including Lead Preview Guide, Service Area Manager, and Resident Assistant from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Reply. Currently, Mitch is working as a Recruiting Assistant at A-Line Staffing Solutions, starting in 2023.

Mitch Trubitt attended Buffalo Grove High School from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus in General studies. Following this, they enrolled in Illinois State University in 2019 and is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in Marketing-integrated marketing communications in 2023.
